A bucket list is a list of experiences that you want to accomplish in your lifetime. It can take many forms and may include small, fun local activities that you can do this year, or encompass big, once-in-a-lifetime adventures that you will wait years to accomplish.
There is no right or wrong way to do it.
First – You may already know what experiences are on your bucket list, but take some time, answer the questions on pages four through eight and discover if there are any more to add.
Next – You can start to collect ideas on the master list pages, or leave them blank and use these five pages as an index for the experiences you have already achieved.
When – You are contemplating a bucket list activity go to the next open numbered page and write the goal at the top. Take a few minutes and write down your inspiration for doing this thing. Is it a once-in-a-lifetime event, or an exploration of your hometown?
After the activity, take time to journal about the experience. What was fun, how did you feel, did it live up to the idea you had in your mind, how would you rate it?
At the end of a year, you’ll have a wonderful collection of memories to look back on again and again.
