Please allow 3 days for order processing and 10 to 14 Business days for regular USPS shipping times.
We do offer USPS Priority Mailing at an additional fee.
As of November 24, 2020 we are currently experiencing increased delays due to the evolving precautions being taken by state and local governments regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We are doing everything we can do reduce these delays and maintain our normal delivery schedules, however, some orders will see delays.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Please allow at least 48 hours after an order has been shipped for tracking details to register on the system.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your order. Alternatively, we can also send out a replacement if there is a problem with the product you received.
If you no longer want your order for any reason whatsoever, you can return the order to us for a full refund excluding any shipping costs.

CUSTOM PRINTS: The ONLY exception to our refund policy is with custom prints. Any custom items are made to order and are therefore not refundable. Please ensure that you order the correct size (size guides are provided) as we can not accept returns on any custom prints including but not limited to: Journal prints, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Leggings & Shoes - basically, anything that you've personalized is not refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and we are charged for it, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
